At Jubilee Thrift, we want you to love your pre-loved finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition with all thrift tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring the Jubilee Thrift tags remain intact.
Ship It Back
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Store Credit
Once our team inspects the items, we will issue a digital gift card to your email within 3-5 business days.
